Sometimes in order to remember something by on the road, I can’t help but buy some souvenir. It is a piece of memory that I have on that particular moment, on that particular place or a reminder of such important event in my life.
September is my month, the month that I another year. I really don’t mind receiving anything on my birthday but when I do and surprisingly at work I have a co-worker who also celebrates her birthday the same month and day, and another odd thing was we have the same profession and have the same last name. Often at work, we are asked if we are related to each other. Sometimes we joke about it and sometimes we just brush it off.
I used to hold an administrative work while teaching but when I resigned from that position she was appointed next to me. We remained good friends. I haven’t spoken to her lately due to the company’s going to another direction. I applied for another job and so was she. We do get to keep in touch on facebook but not often. Anyway here are moments of birthdays.
The sweetest things aren’t SWEET…
A friend of mine who is by the way, my team leader, gave me these chocolates after she had her vacation with her boyfriend. I love it! but you know what even though it is just your ordinary chocolates, it is always the thought that counts!
